Lina Foster, GCEC, ORSCC
Executive Coach & Leadership Team Consultant
For over 20 years, Lina has built a broad base of leadership development experience including executive coaching, team coaching, program design and delivery and strategy development. Prior to founding her own firm in 2008, she held a variety of leadership and internal consulting roles with Fidelity Investments. As Vice President of Management Effectiveness, Lina worked with senior executives and their teams to improve team results and served as a coach to senior Fidelity leaders. One accomplishment of note is that Lina helped lead a multiyear transformation of the company-wide HR function. Prior to Fidelity, Lina was a District Manager for Manpower, Inc. with P&L responsibility for four offices.
Lina specializes in helping leaders and leadership teams explore what is important for success in the context of their organization. One of her key strengths is facilitating essential conversations that clients haven’t had before. Business relationships are built like other important relationships: by engaging in authentic dialogue about what matters most. Lina helps leaders build self-awareness and approach conversations with their colleagues as an open exchange. Through being open to learning something new and seeing things in a new way, teams can have the conversations that really matter, leading to more effective and timely decision-making, and, ultimately, better business results.
With a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, Lina has earned the following professional certifications: CRR Global, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Certification (ORSCC); The Coaches Training Institute, Coach Training Program; Team Diagnostic Assessment™; The Leadership Circle® Profile and Culture Survey; Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); The Paper Room System.
