Deb partners with successful C-suite level executives committed to evolving their leadership impact. A culturally adept and trusted advisor, Deb has coached clients from more than 35 countries. She quickly understands the interplay of business and organizational contexts with clients’ internal drivers and values. Deb helps leaders become more intentional about the resonance they create in their organizations and in their lives, bringing the deep inquiry and rigor needed for sustainable long–term results.
Before founding her own consulting practice in 2003, Deb held director roles in Corporate HR and Product Marketing at Fidelity Investments. As a leader in Fidelity’s HR Outsourcing group, she partnered with the Systems and Technology group to set the strategic direction and create a multi-year product roadmap for a segment of the business. As a manager for an international temporary employment firm, she had P&L, business development, and staff management responsibility for multiple profit centers. In addition, Deb was a Partner with an executive career management firm, Essex Partners, where she provided consulting support for leaders in transition at the executive team level.
Her clients come from organizations as diverse as professional services to technology to non-profits, and they have worked at corporations such as: Biogen Idec, Children’s Hospital, Merck Millipore, Genzyme, State Street, Eaton Vance, Iron Mountain, the Federal Reserve, Lahey Clinic, Raytheon, Santander, MIT, Sun Microsystems, Analog Devices, and Proctor & Gamble. Deb also provides executive coaching and group facilitation for Executive Education and MBA programs at several top ranked international universities.
She has been published or quoted in CBS MoneyWatch, Business Insider, Talent Management, SHRM and AMA Shift on issues related to leadership, talent management and workplace trends. She is an active member of The Boston Club, whose mission is to increase the number of women on corporate boards, where she co-chairs the peer mentoring program.
Deb has facilitated leadership, personal development, and coach training programs in the US, UK, Ireland, Cyprus, and Israel. She has coaching and coach trainer certifications from the Coach Training Alliance, and the Evolutionary Institute, and has earned the PCC credential from the International Coach Federation.
With a BS in Business Administration/Marketing and a MA in Community Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, where she has taught Dynamics of Interpersonal Relations, Deb was recognized as the 2010 Outstanding Psychology Graduate Alumna for her contributions to enhance and promote human development and well-being.
